Charleston, SC — (CBS News) You can walk into the store and walk out with a different attitude about Charleston than you did last year.
But the city has made strides in the last decade, including expanding to include more businesses and expanding to become the first major U.S. city to include a restaurant, shopping mall and convention center.
In addition, the city’s population grew by nearly 20 percent last year to an estimated 1.3 million residents.
That includes more than half of the people who moved here from outside the state or the country.
Charleston’s economy has made it a leader in attracting and keeping foreign investment, especially in technology.
The city also has been attracting business in the tourism industry, and that has led to more visitors to the area.
Charleston, South Carolina, has become a top destination for foreign business in South Carolina.
But what’s different about Charleston?
The city has more businesses now than ever before.
Here are some of the big changes.
Restaurants: Many of Charleston’s restaurants are no longer run by the city.
That means fewer people working in the restaurants, and a higher turnover of employees.
The restaurant industry, which was worth more than $6.7 billion in 2016, is now worth about $1.7 million.
It’s a big change for Charleston.
Charleston is the second largest restaurant city in the United States.
Restaurant owner Jim Miller said he wants to focus on attracting new business and attracting more visitors.
The restaurants are going to be in great shape.
They are going in a very good position,” he said.
The department store chain is opening more stores.
In fact, it opened three new stores last year, and more are expected this year.
Miller said the new locations are designed to cater to the needs of tourists who visit the area for leisure.
But they are still a bit limited.
Miller says it takes about three months to open a new store in the city, and they have only opened a couple of stores in the past few years.
That’s because it’s not as easy to attract new customers to a business.
Restaurateur David Dyer said the department stores have a reputation of being run for a particular purpose, but he said he has been impressed with the quality of the work being done.
Dyer works for the Charleston Restaurant Group and said that he thinks the stores will continue to be a major draw for the region.
But he also said that the restaurants are still limited in the types of food they can offer.
There are still places like Little Caesar’s that don’t even have sandwiches.
And there’s still the food truck industry that doesn’t have anything in the way of trucks.
He said that will change.
He says the restaurants will be able to offer more and more menu items.
But it will be more of a curated menu that is tailored to the tastes and interests of the individual customers.
He added that he also expects the restaurants to be able provide a more traditional menu.
That will allow customers to get more out of their meal.
He thinks that will be a great addition to the food scene in Charleston.
He hopes that the department-store chain will also expand in the area and bring a lot more tourists.
The mall is expanding: Last year, the mall in Charleston was the only mall in the country to be open on Christmas Day.
Miller thinks that the mall is finally seeing that growth.
The new shopping center is expected to open in 2018, and it will have about 3 million square feet of space.
Miller hopes to see it be the largest mall in South Korea, the largest shopping center in the world and one of the largest in the U.K. It will also be the first mall in America that will have two separate entrances, and each will be open to the public on weekends.
Miller also said he believes the mall will be one of South Carolina’s biggest draws in the future.
He wants the mall to be the gateway to Charleston for visitors.
Charleston has also added two more large retail stores: the mall at the corner of First Street and North Charleston Boulevard, and the mall and hotel at the intersection of Second Street and South Charleston Boulevard.
That new building, which is being built by a developer called CAA, will be bigger than the one at the center of the mall.
The project is expected for completion by 2020.
Charleston will be the fourth city to have a new citywide mall.
In 2020, the new mall is expected at the Southside Shopping Center.
That mall is also expected to be bigger.
