Zodys, Sterns, and department store chain storesterns are all set to go out of business.
Sterns parent company, Marshalls, filed for bankruptcy protection in July and will go under after its current shareholders pass away.
In the filing, Marshals said it was not planning to shut down its department stores, but it was considering selling assets and closing other locations.
Marshals had about 3,500 stores in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
The company was valued at $13.5 billion in 2015.
More to come.
